Comparing of Several EOS for Evaluation of NARMs' Thermodynamic Properties
نویسندگان
چکیده
The paper at first, analyzes three equations of state--MH equation, RKS equation, SHBWR equation for their adaptation in liquid state. The equations are solved with special mixing regulation on the condition of vapor-liquid equilibrium (VLE) for NARMs and then the paper evaluates thermodynamic properties of this mixture for four conditions by method of the complementary funcation. This paper consides that there are enough experimental data, the precision of MH equation is higher and the adaptable region is larger than the other equations with optimizing the constants of MH equation. SHBWR equation could also be used for preliminary evaluation. RKS equation is simple so that it is easy to be solved, but the results is not good. a Free energy (KJ/Kmol) f Freedom NOMENCLATURE h Specific enthalpy (KJ/Kmol) P Pressure (KPa) R The constant of gas S Specific entropy (KJ/K · Kmol) T Temperature (K) V Specific volume (m 8 /Kmol) x Molar fraction of liquid y Molar fraction of vapor INTRODUCTION Subscript

Prediction of Thermodynamic Properties of Refrigerants in the Superheated Ragion
This paper demonstrates the capabilities of the PFGC-MES equation of state (EOS) for calculating the thermodynamic properties in the superheated region for pure refrigerants. In addition the ability of this EOS is also tested for predicting the VLE behavior of binary mixtures. For pure compounds several properties in the superheated region are predicted. The calculated results and the experimen...

This paper presents the ability of a new group contribution equation of state in the prediction of thermodynamic properties of alcohols, ketones and ethers. This equation of state, called MCORGC, is based on the Chain-Of-Rotators Group Contribution equation considering a NRTL type local composition mixing rule. The group parameters required to predict the thermodynamic properties of the oxygena...

An analytical equation of state (EOS) developed by Ihm-Song-Mason (ISM) has been applied tocalculate some thermophysical properties of molten polymers including Poly (1-octene) (PO), Poly (vinylmethyl ether) (PVME), Poly (vinyl chloride) (PVC), and Poly (styrene) (PS). Three temperature-dependentparameters of the ISM EOS have been determined based on the alternative scaling constants, dispersiv...
